◆When trekking in the Shirakami Mountains, please be prepared for trekking shoes, rucksacks, kappa.
◆We need gloves, towels, emergency foods (chocolate and candy), drinking water, garbage bags and so on. In the summer, it is useful to have a hat, insect repellent spray, sunscreen, etc. It is safe to bring one more jacket.
◆Shorts pants, high heels, sandals are dangerous in Shirakami Mountain trekking, so please stop it.





◆This plan does not include accommodation. In case you need accommodation, please make your reservation for accommodation by yourself.
